Abstract
Puntiq Cantiq is an MSME located in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. Currently, Puntiq Cantiq faces various challenges in managing its production process. Manual recording often results in poorcff ly recorded production data and is difficult to manage. Furthermore, variations in raw material usage in each production process due to varying banana conditions result in complex Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) calculations for each production. Manual inventory monitoring also leads to suboptimal production planning. To address these challenges, a production management system was developed using the Scrum method to help MSME owners manage their production processes more efficiently. The system was developed through four sprints, structured based on priority levels and dependencies between features, resulting in a system tailored to user needs. Key features developed include production batch recording, COGS calculations per batch, production recommendations, and minimum stock limit calculations. The results of the study indicate that the developed system successfully meets the functional needs of users and is able to support a more structured production management process. The system can assist users in recording production activities in a documented manner, calculating COGS more accurately based on each production batch, monitoring product stock availability, and obtaining recommendations for the amount of production that needs to be carried out. Based on the results of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), the system obtained an acceptance score of 94%, which indicates that the system has met the needs and expectations of users and is suitable for use to support production management activities at Puntiq Cantiq.
