Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effects of compensation, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of Brand X mobile coffee riders in Surabaya, to identify the factors that play the most significant role in improving riders’ performance in achieving sales targets. The population of this study comprises all 119 active Brand X riders. The sampling method used was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The study sample consisted of 98 active riders who had been working for at least one month. The analysis method used in this study was Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on rider performance, work discipline has a negative but insignificant effect on rider performance, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Brand X mobile coffee riders in Surabaya.
