Abstract
This study analyzes the effect of profitability, dividend policy, and capital structure on firm value in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021–2024. A quantitative approach was used with purposive sampling, yielding 29 companies and 116 observations. All variables were transformed into natural logarithm (Ln) form, with extreme values treated using winsorizing. Panel data regression was conducted using EViews 13, applying the Random Effects Model (REM) with White period robust standard errors to correct for autocorrelation. Partial results show that profitability (ROA) has a significant positive effect on firm value (PBV), while dividend policy (DPR) and capital structure (DER) show no significant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect firm value, with an Adjusted R-squared of 7.14%. These findings are expected to guide energy sector management in maintaining profitability to enhance firm value.
