Abstract

Waringin Hospitality Hotel Group is a company operating in the hospitality industry that relies heavily on the availability of information technology services to support its business operations. However, the processes of reporting IT issues and managing device inventories are still carried out manually, resulting in difficulties in monitoring, recording, and reporting. This study aims to design and develop an IT helpdesk website with an inventory feature to facilitate the integrated management of incident tickets and device inventories. The development process employed the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which consists of the Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, and Cutover phases. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The main features include ticket management, chat-based communication, device management, spare part management, access point management, device maintenance, daily reports, and monthly reports. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The Black Box Testing results indicate that all system functions operate according to the specified requirements. Meanwhile, the UAT results achieved a user acceptance rate of 95%.
