Abstract
The study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, lifestyle, and ease of access to paylater on financial management among Generation Z in Baratajaya Village. The Research method used is quantitative appoarch. The data analysis technique employs multiple linier regression analysis whit the assistance of IBM SPSS. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a total 335 respondents. The results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial management, while lifestyle and ease of access to paylater have a negative and significant effect on financial management. Simultaneously, finansial literacy, lifestyle, and ease on access to paylater have a significant effect on financial management among Generation Z in Bratajaya Village.
