Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of green marketing and environmental concern on purchase intention for Green SM’s electric transportation services in Surabaya. This study employs a quantitative method using purposive sampling. The population in this study consists of Surabaya residents who are aware of the Green SM service and are conscious of environmental issues, with a total of 183 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results show that 1) green marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention for Green SM services; 2) environmental concern has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention for Green SM services. To increase purchase intention for Green SM electric transportation services, the company needs to optimize the number of taxis in operation to improve service accessibility and promote pollution awareness campaigns in Surabaya to strengthen the public’s environmental concern.
