Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, work motivation, and perceived organizational support on employee performance at PT. Pabrik Cat Tunggal Djaja Indah Sidoarjo. The method used was a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The sample size was 90 participants, and the sampling technique employed was probability sampling using the proportional random sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a 1–5 Likert scale. The data were processed using SPSS version 26 and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, the F-test, and the t-test. The results of the study indicate that competence, work motivation, and perceived organizational support simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Pabrik Cat Tunggal Djaja Indah. Partially, competence has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pabrik Cat Tunggal Djaja Indah, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pabrik Cat Tunggal Djaja Indah, and perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pabrik Cat Tunggal Djaja Indah. This study is expected to serve as a basis for the company to improve employee performance through human resource management policies, and it is recommended that future research explore other external factors.
