Abstract
ATHAILLAH CINDRA NURTALIA, 22042010285, THE EFFECT OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH (OSH) AND THE WORK ENVIRONMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT ASTRA INTERNASIONAL TBK, SALES AUTO 2000 WARU BRANCH. The increasingly competitive industrial landscape demands that companies pay attention to factors that can improve employee performance. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and the work environment are crucial aspects in creating safe, comfortable working conditions that support employee productivity. PT Astra International Tbk, Auto2000 Waru Sales Branch, as a company operating in the automotive sector, needs to prioritize the implementation of OSH and workplace conditions to optimally support employee performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and the Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Astra International Tbk, Auto2000 Waru Sales Branch. This study employs an associative research design with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with a saturated sample method, meaning the entire population of 70 employees was included as research respondents. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that, when considered simultaneously, the variables of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. When considered separately, the Work Environment variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, while the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) variable has a positive but insignificant effect on Employee Performance. Therefore, companies are expected to maintain and improve working environment conditions and the implementation of OSH to support improvements in employee performance. Keywords: Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Work Environment, Employee Performance
