Abstract
This study aims to analyze agile governance in the digital service of the E-rebon application in Gisik Cemandi Village, Sidoarjo Regency. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research focused on agile governance principles proposed by Luna, Krutchen & Moura 2015 namelyGood Enough governance, Business Driven, Human Focused, Based On Quick Wins, Systematic and Adaptive Approach, Simple Design and Continuous Refinement. The result showed that the implemenatation of the E-rebon application helped simplify fishermen’s administrative services to become more effective and efficient. However, obstacles such as internet network disruptions and low digital literacy among fishermen were still found. This study indivcates that the implementation of agile governance is able to create digital services that are more adaptive, flexible, and responsive to the needs of coastal communities.
