Abstract
The Implementation of electronic government has encouraged the Government of Sidoarjo regency to develop the Electronic Regional Development Control (E-Kenda) application to support digital monitoring, control, and evaluation of regional development. This study aimed to analyze user acceptance of the E-Kenda application using the technology Acceptance Modell (TAM) by examining the relationships among Perceived Usefulnes (Pu), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Behavioral Intention to Use (BiU), and Actual System Usage (ASU). Aquantitative approach was employed through a survey involving 100 respondents who used the E-Kenda application within the Government of Sidoarjo Regency. The collected data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS4 software. The results indicated the Perceived Usefulness significantly influenced Behavioral Intention to Use, Perceived Ease of Use significantly influenced Perceived Usefulness, and Behavioral Intention to Use significantly influenced Actual System Usage. However, Perceived Ease of Use did not havea significant effect on Behavioral Intention to Use. Thesse findings suggest that perceived Usefulness and users’ Behavioral Intention play important roles in encouraging the actual use of the E-Kenda application, while perceived ease of use doesn’t directly determine users’ intention to use the system.
