Abstract
This study examines the application of the Creating Shared Value (CSV) concept in PT Petrokimia Gresik’s CSR program through the Integrated Livestock Environment Program (LITERASI) in Sumbersari Village, Lamongan. Using a qualitative method involving observation and interviews, the study reveals that the program has successfully implemented the CSV principles. In terms of products and markets, livestock waste is processed into biogas, organic growing media, and fermented feed. In terms of productivity, farmers are encouraged to adopt modern systems through the Bank Literasi innovation to pay livestock insurance premiums. Regarding local cluster development, the program successfully established the Sumbersari Livestock Farmers’ Cooperative and obtained national recognition as a P4S (Community-Based Agricultural and Rural Training Center). Ultimately, this program delivers sustainable economic, social, and environmental benefits.
