Abstract
UKKI UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur has been calculating activity points as the basis for determining the best committee members using spreadsheets. The assessment is conducted twice in one organizational period, namely in the early phase (February–June) and at the end of the period (February-December). However, the criteria used have not fully covered all important aspects required to determine the best committee members. In addition, the use of spreadsheets often causes several issues, such as time-consuming processes, human errors, and less accurate assessments. To address these problems, a Decision Support System (DSS) was developed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine criterion weights through pairwise comparisons and consistency testing to ensure more accurate results. These weights are then used in the Weighted Product (WP) method to generate committee rankings. This system is designed to make the evaluation process more objective and precise. The assessment is based on five criteria: program attendance (46.84%), activeness (26.81%), responsibility (14.36%), attitude (7.59%), and achievement (4.41%). The results show that the committee member with the highest score of 0.0241 was selected as the “Best Organizational Administrator”.
