Abstract

The futsal court rental industry in Surabaya is highly competitive, requiring effective strategies to retain customers. This study examines the effects of service quality, facilities, and price perception on customers’ revisit intention at Baskhara Futsal Arena. A quantitative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires from 50 visitors. The results indicate that service quality (p = 0.506) does not significantly affect visit intention, whereas facilities (p = 0.007) and price perception (p = 0.002) have significant positive effects. Direct testing on revisit intention shows that service quality (p = 0.343) and facilities (p = 0.213) are not significant, while price perception (p = 0.002) remains significant. Moreover, visit intention significantly and positively influences revisit intention (t = 3.023; p = 0.003), indicating that higher initial visit intention increases the likelihood of repeat visits. These findings provide practical insights for management to enhance customer retention by improving facilities and pricing strategies.
