Abstract

This study is motivated by the high level of turnover intention among part-time workers, particularly students who work while pursuing their studies. This dual role creates academic and work-related pressures that may lead to burnout and workplace incivility. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of burnout and workplace incivility on turnover intention. This research employs a quantitative method with data collected through questionnaires. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula, consisting of 78 active 8th-semester students from the 2022 cohort who work part-time. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 31. The results show that simultaneously, burnout and workplace incivility have a significant effect on turnover intention. Partially, burnout has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, while workplace incivility does not have a significant effect on turnover intention.
