Abstract

In the current digital era, technological advancements have significantly influenced various aspects of life, including the economic and business sectors, particularly in the automotive service industry. Nugraha Jaya Workshop, as a business engaged in vehicle maintenance and repair services, faces challenges in data recording and management processes that are still performed manually, affecting the accuracy of information required for daily operations. This study aims to design and develop a web-based service management information system integrated with data visualization features using a Text-to-SQL approach. The system is developed using the Prototype method, which enables iterative development involving user feedback. The system is built using the Next.js framework and utilizes Text-to-SQL techniques based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) supported by Large Language Models (LLM) to automatically translate natural language queries into SQL commands. The testing results using Black Box Testing indicate that all main system features function as intended without significant errors. Furthermore, user evaluation through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) achieved a score of 94.77%, categorized as very good. Therefore, the developed system is able to support the operational activities of Nugraha Jaya Workshop
