Abstract
This report was prepared as part of the Internship Program entitled “Implementation of ETL for Data Warehouse and Data Visualization on DVD Rental Based on Stores in Australia.” The main objective of this study is to explore and analyze DVD rental data in order to understand consumer behavior patterns and operational performance in the movie rental industry. Through the implementation of the Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) method, data obtained from the DVD Rental database is processed into a structured format, enabling more in-depth analysis. In addition, this report includes the development of a data warehouse and data mart focused on movie rentals, as well as the development of an interactive dashboard using Tableau for visualizing the analysis results. The expected outcomes of this study are to provide valuable insights for PT Mitra Talenta Grup (Celerates) in supporting strategic decision-making and improving operational efficiency. This internship activity also provides practical experience for the author in applying Data Analytics and Business Intelligence knowledge, while strengthening the relationship between academia and industry.
