Abstract

In today's digital era, the business world is undergoing significant transformation driven by technological advancements and changes in consumer behavior. Bitlabs Academy is a technology education institution that aims to equip individuals with technical and analytical skills according to industry needs. As a technology-based training academy, Bitlabs Academy aims to equip individuals with technical and analytical skills relevant to current industry needs. As part of this program, one of the case studies carried out is LinkIT360, a value-added service (VAS) company focused on revenue-enhancing solutions for telecommunications operators worldwide. Headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia, LinkIT 360 has expanded its wings to 42 countries, collaborated with 86 telecommunications operators, and served 189 million customers worldwide. Despite its extensive network, LinkIT360 faced major challenges, such as customer data management, increasing retention, reducing churn, and product performance variations. To address these problems, a data analysis approach was implemented that involved data cleansing, transformation, exploratory analysis (EDA), and the creation of interactive dashboards. Data cleansing ensures data quality, while transformation makes it more structured. EDA helps identify important patterns and trends, while interactive dashboards facilitate data-driven decision-making. This analysis reveals variations in product performance, providing opportunities for strategy optimization. Data-driven customer segmentation supports personalized marketing, strengthening retention and increasing customer value. Furthermore, improved after-sales service and complaint handling strengthen customer loyalty. With a systematic data analysis approach, LinkIT360 is able to optimize operations, enhance customer experience, and strengthen competitiveness in the global market, demonstrating the importance of data for business sustainability in the digital age.
