Abstract
This study aims to analyze the implementation of the SOME model (Share, Optimize, Manage, Engage) in managing Instagram content of @maharagung.organizer as a digital marketing communication medium. The background of this research is based on the importance of social media content management in building brand image amidst the increasing competition in the wedding organizer industry. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants consist of the social media management team and followers who have interacted with the Instagram account @maharagung.organizer. Data analysis is conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the Instagram content management of Mahar Agung Organizer has implemented the SOME model effectively. In the Share aspect, the content functions not only as documentation but also as a digital portfolio to showcase service quality to potential clients. In the Optimize aspect, reels are predominantly used as a storytelling-based content strategy to enhance audience reach and attractiveness. In the Manage aspect, the brand performs content curation by hiding several feed posts that are considered less relevant or underperforming, in order to maintain visual consistency and a professional brand image. Meanwhile, in the Engage aspect, interaction is carried out through comment responses, direct messages, and testimonial content to build audience trust. This, the implementation of the SOME model in Instagram content management emphasizes not only content distribution but also visual strategy, content curation, and the effective use of platform features to support digital marketing communication.
