Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the marketing strategies implemented by CV. Yosvindo Anugerah in an effort to increase product sales, as well as identify internal and external factors that influence the company's marketing activities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity testing through technical triangulation to ensure data validity. The research informants consist of key informants, namely Mr. Dwi Santoso as the company owner, marketing employees, main customers, other consumers. Data analysis was carried out using a SWOT analysis to assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the company. The results of the study indicate that the main strength factor of CV. Yosvindo Anugerah lies in good product quality and fast service, while its weakness is the lack of innovation in promotion and distribution. From the external side, the biggest opportunity comes from increasing public awareness of the importance of hygiene products, while the main threat comes from high competition with similar products in the market. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, CV. Yosvindo Anugerah is in quadrant I (growth strategy), which means the company has great opportunities with strong internal strengths. Therefore, the right strategy to implement is an aggressive strategy, namely by expanding the market, increasing promotional activities, and maintaining product quality to strengthen the company's position in the chemical industry.
