Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Engagement on the Performance of Party X Management in Surabaya City. A quantitative approach was used with a population of 43 respondents who were all used as saturated samples. Data were processed using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). A series of tests (validity, reliability, R square, and hypothesis testing) have been carried out. In summary, the research findings indicate that Transformational Leadership Style and Work Engagement have been proven to have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Party X Management in Surabaya City. These results confirm that both independent variables make a real contribution to improving the performance of management.
