Abstract
Tugas Khusus Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis neraca massa pada sistem kiln di Plant Tuban 2. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengetahui keseimbangan material yang masuk dan keluar sistem, sehingga dapat dievaluasi efisiensi penggunaan bahan baku serta potensi kehilangan material selama proses produksi. Melalui perhitungan dan evaluasi neraca massa, diperoleh gambaran kinerja proses pada sistem kiln yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengendalian dan optimalisasi operasi. Hasil analisis diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi proses serta mendukung keberlanjutan operasional industri semen.
