Abstract
The development of agrotourism as a strategy to improve rural community welfare requires effective and sustainable collaboration among stakeholders. This study aims to examine the Collaborative Governance process in the development of Starfruit Agrotourism in Ngringinrejo Village, Kalitidu District, Bojonegoro Regency. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving local government, village government, Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis), local communities, and private sector actors. The findings indicate that the collaborative process has been functioning fairly well and has generated positive impacts on the community. Face-to-face dialogue has not been fully optimal due to decreasing and situational meeting intensity. Trust among stakeholders has been established through ongoing social relationships and cooperation, although community participation has not been evenly distributed. Stakeholders’ commitment is considered strong, as reflected in their willingness to continuously support the sustainability of agrotourism according to their respective roles. A shared understanding of development goals has been formed, contributing to increased community income, the growth of local economic activities, and the strengthening of Ngringinrejo Village’s image as a starfruit production center.
