Abstract

April Photo Studio currently manages booking processes and employee administration manually, leading to disorganized data and scheduling conflicts. This study aims to develop a web-based information system using the Laravel framework to integrate service booking processes and employee data management. The system development methodology employed is Agile, comprising the requirement, design, development, testing, deployment, and review stages. The system is designed to provide features for service booking, scheduling, and employee data management. Black Box Testing results indicate that all system functions operate validly in accordance with the design. Furthermore, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results conclude that the system status is 'accepted' by the users. This demonstrates that the system meets functional requirements and is ready for implementation to manage data and scheduling at April Photo Studio.
