Abstract
The development of information technology provides significant opportunities to improve public services, including in the management of health data. The SILOBA website (Sistem Informasi Alokasi Obat), managed by the East Java Provincial Health Office, serves as an essential platform to support effective drug distribution. However, evaluations reveal that the website's interface design is not yet optimal in meeting user needs, such as navigation difficulties, unstructured information, and a lack of responsive interface features. This study aims to redesign the UI/UX of the SILOBA website to enhance user experience and system efficiency. A user-centered design approach was adopted, involving users to identify their primary needs. The new design was developed using Figma, enabling the creation of interactive prototypes with a more organized layout, intuitive navigation features, and clearer information presentation. The prototypes underwent several iterations to ensure alignment with user requirements. The updated design demonstrates significant improvements in accessibility and system usability. The new version of the SILOBA website is expected to assist the East Java Provincial Health Office in providing more effective services to the public, particularly in managing drug allocation.
