Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of management control system on hospital management performance with organizational commitment as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data obtained through questionnaires to 44 respondents who have managerial positions. The data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of the study indicate that Management Control System have a positive effect on hospital Management Performance and Organizational Commitment does not moderate (strengthen/weaken) the relationship between MCS and Management Performance, because the management control system in Islamic hospitals is generally well structured, formal and implemented based on institutional guidelines, in addition to that, hospitals have religious, social and da'wah values that are strongly embedded in their organizational culture.
