Abstract
The ornamental flower industry in Indonesia is showing significant growth and growing public demand. Numerous flower shops have sprung up in various cities, offering a wide variety of cut flowers. This sector has bright potential for continued growth. Cut flowers, with their diverse range, also have high economic value, making them a promising business opportunity. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Service Quality, Product Quality, and Price Perception on Customer Satisfaction at the Segar Shanum Florist Flower Shop in Tuban City. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. An online questionnaire was distributed to 112 respondents selected using Convenience Sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the aid of SmartPLS software. The results showed that Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality had a positive but non-significant effect, and Price Perception had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
