Abstract
The core issue in this study stems from the suboptimal performance of employees at PT Kadar Baru Berkah. In recent periods, the company has encountered challenges such as declining productivity and inconsistent sales achievements. Some employees display limited initiative in developing new solutions, while others appear passive when facing change or workplace challenges. Therefore, this research aims to examine how leadership style and learning agility influence job performance through innovative work behavior among employees at PT Kadar Baru Berkah. This study involved all 75 employees of PT Kadar Baru Berkah, consisting of staff, senior staff, and supervisors based on 2024 company data. Using a census or saturated sampling technique, the entire population was included as respondents. Data were analyzed using the path analysis method with SmartPLS software to explore the interrelationships among leadership style, learning agility, innovative work behavior, and job performance. This research reveals that leadership style and learning agility play crucial roles in enhancing job performance. Moreover, innovative work behavior acts as a mediating factor that strengthens the connection between leadership approaches and learning capabilities in driving performance improvement within the work environment of PT Kadar Baru Berkah.
