Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Tourism Marketing, Authenticity, and Tourism Experience on Consumer Satisfaction and Revisit Intention at Jamus Ngawi Agrotourism. The focus of this study is tourists visiting Jamus Ngawi Agrotourism Regency. This study is an associative study with a quantitative approach and uses a closed – ended questionnaire as a data collection technique. The respondents involved were 155 tourists who had visited Jamus Agrotourism. Based on data analysis techniques of validity testing, reliability testing, bootstrapping testing, and hypothesis testing using path analysis with the help of data processing programs using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM - PLS) with SmartPls 4.0. The results showed that Tourism Marketing, Authenticity, Tourism Experience, and Tourist Satisfaction significantly influenced the intention to return. Tourist Satisfaction also mediates the influence of Tourism Marketing, Authenticity, and Tourism Experience on the Intention to Return. The variable that most influences the Intention to Return is Tourism Experience, followed by Authenticity, then Tourist Satisfaction and Tourism Marketing. This study provides theoretical implications in adding insight into the study of tourist satisfaction and market segmentation, as well as practical implications for companies in improving marketing strategies, destination area management, and tourist experiences to increase tourist satisfaction and foster the revisit intention.
