Abstract
The development of information technology has had a significant impact in various fields, including the business sector. Web-based information system solutions are important for optimizing service efficiency and accessibility, including in the context of sales analysis as a data center and business strategy. Currently, many businesses still face challenges using manual or semi-manual sales analysis systems, which are prone to errors and require considerable time and effort in managing data. This research aims to develop a website that presents visualization results of data analysis from Superstore Giant. The research process begins by cleaning irrelevant data. The Root Cause Analysis method is used to create business questions and hypotheses regarding products, regions, categories, segments and cities that Superstore Giant should avoid, so that it can focus on more profitable areas and develop areas that are not yet optimal in terms of sales and profits. Visualization results using Looker Studio. The website was designed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, as well as the Bootstrap framework, and Chart.js to create tables and graphics. The result of this research is a website that allows users to view the results of data analysis from Superstore Giant by visualizing various types of graphs which include total sales, total profit, quantity and profit margin. It is hoped that this website can help Superstore Giant in making more appropriate business decisions based on existing data. Keywords: Data Visualization, Software Engineering, Data Analytics
