Abstract
Increasingly fierce business competition requires companies to improve employee performance through effective leadership and the implementation of occupational safety and health (OSH). This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and the implementation of occupational safety and health (OSH) on the performance of field construction employees at CV. Prima Karya. This study uses a quantitative approach and data collection using a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The population and sample of this study were all field construction employees at CV. Prima Karya, totaling 42 respondents. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and was analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that leadership and the implementation of occupational safety and health (OSH) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of field construction employees at CV. Prima Karya. These findings indicate that appropriate leadership and consistent implementation of OSH play a significant role in improving employee performance.
