Abstract
The Child-Friendly Regency Policy is an action taken by the government to ensure the fulfillment of rights and protection for children at the regional level. As one of the regions in East Java Province, Mojokerto Regency has been committed to realizing this policy and has won awards as a Child-Friendly Regency several times. However, there are still many cases of violence that occur contrary to these conditions. This study aims to describe the Implementation of Child-Friendly Regency Policy in special protection in Mojokerto Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study explain that the implementation of the Decent Regency Policy in Special Protection in Mojokerto Regency has been running well. This is shown by the implementation of efforts to handle children who need special protection, such as children in emergency situations, special protection is provided through psychosocial support and basic needs assistance; protection of children who are in conflict with the law is carried out through psychological and legal assistance; and protection for child victims of violence is provided through socialization, facilitating online complaint services and assistance according to the level of the case.
