Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of store atmosphere, service quality, and product quality on customer loyalty at Cold 'N Brew Gubeng Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative associative with purposive sampling technique involving 100 respondents. Data processing was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results showed that simultaneously, the variables of store atmosphere, service quality, and product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Partially, the three variables were also proven to have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. These findings confirm that store atmosphere, service quality, and product quality are important factors in building customer loyalty in the competitive coffee shop industry.
