Abstract

The object of state administrative court has been expanded form of government factual actions in line with Law Number 30 of 2014, which confirms that administrative court has authority to adjudicate disputes over government actions after administrative efforts. There are problems in the application of administrative efforts in decisions 115/G/TF/PTUN.SBY and 75/G/TF/2023/PTUN.SBY. The results of this study are administrative efforts are formal requirement before filing a lawsuit, but differences related to the time period for filing a lawsuit in regulations cause the lack of legal certainty, as well as the absence of regulations regarding administrative efforts in passive factual actions.
