Abstract
Stunting is one of the targets of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely eradicating hunger and all forms of malnutrition in order to realize the sustainable development goals by 2030. One of the efforts of Tuban Regency in reducing the prevalence of stunting in Tuban Regency is by collaborating and forming a Stunting Reduction Acceleration Team consisting of various fields. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of Collaborative Governance in efforts to accelerate stunting reduction in Tuban Regency. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The Collaborative Governance theory used refers to Ratner, which includes three stages: identification of obstacles and opportunities, debate strategies to influence, and collaborative action planning. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the actors involved in the collaboration have carried out their roles according to their respective fields. Cross-sector collaboration has significantly reduced the prevalence of stunting in Tuban Regency to 17.8% by 2023. This success is due to the active role of the Tuban Regency Government, as well as the collaboration of the Stunting Reduction Acceleration Team and relevant regional government organizations. However, public awareness remains a major challenge in program implementation. Therefore, increasing community involvement in stunting reduction programs is a key factor in supporting sustainable and effective collaborative governance.
