Abstract

SatuSehat is an official digital health platform of the Indonesian Ministry of Health that integrates various health information systems. Despite being part of the national digital transformation, the application still receives low ratings due to issues of stability, feature complexity, and service speed, which affect user satisfaction and usage intention. This study aims to evaluate the factors influencing user satisfaction of the SatuSehat application by applying the UTAUT and DeLone & McLean models. Six hypotheses are proposed: System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Effort Expectancy, and Performance Expectancy have a positive and significant effect on User Satisfaction, and User Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Continuance Intention. The analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The study involved 400 respondents, determined using Slovin’s formula with purposive sampling technique. The results show that user satisfaction of the SatuSehat application is influenced by System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Effort Expectancy, and Performance Expectancy, all of which have proven to be positive and significant based on the path coefficient test with P-values < 0.05 and T-statistics ≥ 1.645. Furthermore, User Satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on Continuance Intention, indicating that the higher the user satisfaction, the greater their intention to continue using the SatuSehat application.
