Abstract
The Online and Integrated Employees Information System was built by the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency to manage the administrative data of approximately 3.200 employees in Blitar City. Given that the system is still being developed, this thesis aims to assess the quality of the SIKOI digital application using the ISO/IEC 25010 standard, which includes both functional and non-functional aspects. The methods used in this research include direct observation of the system and literature study related to the ISO 25010 software quality testing standard. The evaluation was conducted on seven software quality characteristics, namely functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, and portability. The results of this thesis assist system managers in formulating the necessary improvement steps so that the system can function more optimally and effectively in supporting personnel data management. Thus, it can be concluded that the SIKOI application can be used for employees in Blitar City because it can carry out its functions effectively in supporting personnel management, although improvements are still needed in certain aspects to improve its performance as a whole.
