Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of education level, work motivation, and work experience on employee performance at Cv Bina Duta Permata Bojonegoro. The results of the analysis. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through a questionnaire distributed to 30 respondents. The data analysis used in this study is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that the level of education, work motivation and work experience has a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the employee performance variable. Education level has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance, work experience has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance.
