Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of RFID technology implementation, warehouse management, and inventory systems on warehouse operational efficiency at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, Gedangan Unit. These three variables are essential components of Management Information Systems (MIS) that play a significant role in enhancing the accuracy, speed, and effectiveness of the company’s logistics operations. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method, with data collected from 87 respondents involved in warehouse operations. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS software. The results indicate that, partially, the implementation of RFID and inventory systems has a positive and significant effect on warehouse operational efficiency. Meanwhile, warehouse management also has a significant effect, although the direction of the relationship is negative. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence operational efficiency. These findings underscore the importance of integrating digital systems and MIS to improve logistics performance. Therefore, the company is advised to continue developing digital-based systems such as RFID and to optimize warehouse management and inventory systems to enhance overall operational performance.
