Abstract
Millennial Education Center (MEC) is a tutoring center that offers both offline and online services. MEC offers guidance for students' preparations for entrance examinations to state and private universities, as well as for selection tests for the military (TNI), police (POLRI), civil service agencies, and other official academies. MEC is still using a manual administration system at present, where data associated with students, tutors, and appointments are documented through the use of WhatsApp and traditional notebooks. Payment confirmations are made directly to the owner via WhatsApp, and this carries a great risk of data loss in the event that chat histories get deleted without essential backup precautions. The objective of this research is to develop a web-based administrative information system with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology. The reason for using RAD is that it enables quick system development via plentiful interaction with end users. The system that was created encompasses student and tutor data management, course, timetable, and payment management. Based on tests conducted with the black-box and UAT approach, all system functions performed as expected. Utilization of the system is bound to raise the level of productivity and quality of service at MEC overall.
