Abstract
The advancement of digital technology has encouraged companies to provide application-based services to enhance user convenience and efficiency. One such service is the movie ticket booking application, such as Cinepolis. However, based on user reviews and ratings on digital platforms, the Cinepolis application has shown suboptimal performance, with technical issues and a less user-friendly interface. This study aims to analyze the influence of factors in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, application benefits, features, and user trust, on repeat purchase decisions, with user satisfaction as a mediating variable. The method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), involving 100 respondents who are Cinepolis application users in Surabaya. Data was collected through an online questionnaire using a Likert scale, and analyzed using SmartPLS software. The results show that all independent variables perceived usefulness, application benefits, features, and user trust significantly influence user satisfaction and repeat purchase decisions. However, perceived ease of use does not have a significant effect on repeat purchases through user satisfaction as a mediating variable. This indicates that ease of use alone is not sufficient to drive loyalty without the presence of tangible benefits and user trust in the application. The conclusion of this study is that user satisfaction plays a crucial role in fostering repeat purchase decisions. Therefore, Cinepolis is advised to enhance the perceived benefits, improve the quality of application features, and build greater user trust in order to increase customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
