Abstract
The advancement of digital technology has encouraged the emergence of bold counseling services such as Riliv, which provides psychological, medical, and daily journal consultation features. This study aims to identify factors that influence the acceptance of the Riliv application and develop strategies to overcome implementation challenges. The SEM-PLS method is used to analyze user acceptance based on the UTAUT 2 model combined with the variables E-Health Literacy, Privacy Concerns, Trust, and the moderating variables of age and gender. The results showed that performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, facilitating conditions, privacy concerns, and trust have a significant effect on behavioral intentions to use telemedicine. Both men and women are influenced by effort expectations, social influence, facilitating conditions, and trust, while women pay more attention to privacy issues. Generation Z and millennials show a significant effect of effort expectations, social influence, and facilitating conditions on usage intentions, with Generation Z also being influenced by trust. In contrast, performance expectations, price value, and e-health literacy do not have a significant effect on behavioral intentions. The UTAUT2 model has proven to be effective as a predictor of acceptance of digital mental health services, but several aspects need to be considered in its application to the Riliv platform.
