Abstract

Alterra Academy is an institution focused on developing digital talent in Indonesia. This program aims to address the shortage of job-ready IT talent by providing intensive training in various technology fields. One of the projects in this program is the development of the PeduliPintar admin web, which aims to facilitate the management of donation content, articles, volunteers, and organizations in social campaigns. This web is designed using React.js as the main framework, with the application of modern front-end technologies to ensure a responsive and efficient user experience. The methods used in the development of this web include UI/UX design that starts with user needs research and analysis. Subsequently, wireframes and prototypes were created to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly design. The frontend implementation was carried out using React.js and hooks like useState for state management. The backend was developed using RESTful APIs designed to handle the necessary CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations for the application. Integration between the frontend and backend was performed to ensure that the displayed data is always synchronized. Thorough testing was conducted to ensure there were no bugs or issues in the application. The result of this development is a comprehensive platform for admins to manage donation content and social campaigns. This web includes features such as a landing page for promotion, an admin dashboard for content management, CRUD management for donations, volunteers, articles, transactions, and organizations, as well as AI chatbot integration for user interaction. It is hoped that this platform will help social organizations run their campaigns more effectively and efficiently. Recommendations for further development include adding security features and improving application performance to support a larger user scale.
