Abstract
Seafood companies are among the leading industries that produce high-quality products and make significant Contributions to the industrial sector. To ensure sustainable performance, it is essential to establish effective indicators to measure success. This research aims to design KPI for the HRD Division that align with stakeholder needs and the company's vision and mission. The KPIs are intended to be sufficiently challenging to motivate the HRD Division to support the achievement of the company's strategic goals optimally. The KPI design was carried out using the Performance Prism method which involves stakeholders and five perspectives, namely Stakeholder Satisfaction, Strategy, Process, Capability, and Contribution. As a result of this identification Process, four stakeholders and 100 KPIs were defined, with each stakeholder represented across the five perspectives of the Performance Prism, including two KPIs for each perspective. Stakeholder and KPI weighting was conducted using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The analysis revealed that the highest priority stakeholder is the company leader, with a weight of 0,549. The highest priority KPI, originating from management stakeholders, pertains to the Contribution to the development of HRD administration Processes, with a weight of 0,230. In conclusion, the KPIs designed in this study have the potential to significantly enhance company performance.
