Abstract
This internship report describes the industrial service processes and management practices within the Supporting Services Division at PT. Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut (SIER). The internship was conducted from January 11 to February 11, 2021, as part of the requirements for completing an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jawa Timur. The focus of the internship was to observe and analyze the supporting service activities offered by PT. SIER, including the rental of industrial factory buildings (BPSP), warehouses, logistics services, small-scale industrial facilities (SUIK), office space, and advertisement leasing (billboards and signage). Additionally, the report highlights the management procedures related to land lot rental and advertisement services, including customer negotiation, documentation, and coordination between marketing, legal, and financial divisions. This internship provided valuable insights into the application of industrial engineering knowledge in the service sector, particularly in property and infrastructure management within an industrial estate.
