Abstract

ABSTRACT NAUFAL IBADILLAH, 18042010149, Pengaruh E- Service Quality, E- Trust, Dan E- Satisfaction Ter hadap Repurchase I ntention Produk Skincare & Bodycare Skintific Pada E-Commerce Shopee Shopee is the most popular and best e-commerce in Indonesia today. Since it was first launched, Shopee has continued to innovate with features that can benefit both sellers and buyers. Here are some of them, Shopee Live This is a feature that allows sellers to do live streaming, to introduce and promote products directly to buyers This study was conducted to determine the effect of E-service Quality, E- Trust, and E-Satisfaction on Repurchase Intention for Skintific products in Surabaya. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population used in this study are people who live in Surabaya who know Skintific products. The sample in this study were 96 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was nonprobability sampling. The type of data used is primary data, namely data obtained directly from the object of research. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear by utilizing SPSS software version 29. Thus the results of this study indicate that E-service Quality, E-Trust, and E-Satisfaction simultaneously affect Repurchase Intention of Skintific products in Surabaya. E-service Quality, E-Trust, and E-Satisfaction have a positive and partial effect on Repurchase Intention of Skintific products in Surabaya.
