Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in the level of satisfaction of Millennial Generation and Generation Z consumers with local and Korean beauty products in East Java. This study uses a quantitative approach with Two-Way ANOVA analysis method to determine the effect of the interaction between generation and product type on the level of consumer satisfaction. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents belonging to the Millennial and Z generations in the East Java region. The results showed that there are significant differences in satisfaction levels between generations and product types, and there is an interaction between the two. These findings provide implications for beauty product marketers to consider the preferences of generation and product origin in devising more effective marketing strategies.
