Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and Word Of Mouth variables on the decision to use services at NBTrans Tour and Travel in Sidoarjo. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the community in Sidoarjo. Meanwhile, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample size of is 110 respondents. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature review. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on components using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. The results of the study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant influence on the decision service usage decisions, and Word of Mouth has a positive and significant influence on service usage decisions.
