Abstract
The Certified Independent Study and Internship Program (MSIB) is one of the Independent Campus programs organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology in Indonesia which lasts for one semester or around five months and can be converted into 21 credits. This program can be useful for preparing a comprehensive career and providing opportunities for students to experience the world of work so that students can hone their abilities both in terms of hard skills and soft skills. The Surabaya City Food Security and Agriculture Service (DKPP) is one of the partners collaborating with the MSIB program. There are 9 MSIB internship positions offered, one of which is the Social Media Specialist who has the task of managing social media containing informative content, including posts of activities carried out by DKPP and informative infographics about food security and agriculture in the form of posters, flyers and reels aimed at the public. This activity is carried out through the process of creating narratives, creating designs or content, and uploading design results on the social media of the Surabaya City Food and Agriculture Security Service (DKPP) where every information contained in the content must go through a correction process by a mentor or staff of the Surabaya City DKPP so that the information received by the public is correct and does not contain hoaxes.
