Abstract
In the midst of globalization, companies are required to expand their business scope and optimize their employees' performance in order to face increasingly fierce competition. This condition makes human resource management a crucial factor that cannot be ignored. Proper management is needed so that companies are able to adapt to the dynamics of ever-changing competition. In this case, human resources play a strategic role, not only in maintaining the sustainability of the company, but also as a driver of competitive advantage through the contribution of quality and competitive ability. This study aims to analyze the effect of job training, work experience, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Romi Violeta Sidoarjo. The approach used is quantitative. Determination of the sample is carried out through a saturated sampling technique, involving the entire population, namely 55 employees. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Job training, work experience, and work motivation contribute to employee performance at PT Romi Violeta Sidoarjo. The relationship between these three factors is expected to provide a positive impact on improving employee performance in the future, so that it can encourage sustainable growth and development of the company.
