Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, leadership style, and communication on employee performance at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Darmo Branch Office in Surabaya. Dela Kristiana focused on motivation as a key driver of work enthusiasm, which plays an important role in enhancing employee productivity, responsibility, and loyalty to the organization. Motivated employees tend to work harder and show high commitment to achieving the company’s goals. The leadership style applied by supervisors is highly influential in providing direction, inspiration, and creating a supportive and conducive work environment. Effective leadership builds trust, strengthens teamwork, and increases active employee participation in achieving organizational objectives. On the other hand, good communication serves as the foundation for conveying information, fostering harmonious working relationships, and minimizing conflicts and misunderstandings in the workplace. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 36 respondents who are permanent employees at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Darmo Branch Office in Surabaya. The analysis results show that the three independent variables motivation, leadership style, and communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. These findings provide practical implications for management in formulating performance improvement strategies through the enhancement of internal communication systems, the development of adaptive leadership styles, and the implementation of sustainable motivation programs that align with employee needs. This research is also expected to serve as a reference and theoretical foundation for future studies related to human resource management in the public service sector. Keywords: Motivation, Leadership Style, Communication, Employee Performance, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
